2020的一開始lauv又釋出會在今年釋出的~how i’m feeling~專輯中裡面的單曲"Changes "💕
lauv也表示Changes大約一年前開始創作的，正處於人生最艱難的時期
但這首是寫出同時期許自己關於改變生活中的事物以便如何使自己變得更好、再次感到快樂
而gina也很喜歡裡面的其中一句歌詞
